DataArray.integrate has a 'dim' arg, but Dataset.integrate has a 'coord' arg

Verdict: the fix is stated in the issue (Tier A).

It should definitely be `coord` - IMO it doesn't make sense to integrate or differentiate over a dim because a dim by definition has no information about the distance between grid points.
